Tanja-Tiziana is a photographer, mixed-media artist, and writer.  Her work examines our notion of time in the bustling modern metropolis. Her images of the Quonset Hut, as part of the Inside on the Outside photography project, seem to transport the viewer to another place and time.  Her images juxtapose the frame of this historic structure with evidence of its current use — a huge mountain of salt.  The images provide a strange and magical visual journey. Tanja’s work has been published internationally and was awarded two silver medals by Canada's National Magazine Awards. Her book, Buzzing Lights: The Fading Neon Landscape of North America, was published in 2016. She regularly releases new prints and photo zines at Doublecrossed.ca.
