The Tejadoras are eight Latina women living in North York who worked together to crochet 136 mandalas for the Fabric of Community installation on top of the mound in Downview Park. They include: Gladys Agudelo, Margarita Andrade, Daniela Arango, Sandra Cordero, Enny Johana Giraldo, Paola Gomez, Vilma E. Requena, and Blanca Restrepo. They worked on the project with facilitator Paola Gomez and co-facilitator Daniela Arango.
